Load correct scanner drivers
Test scanner with Scan Validation Tool

Demonstrate use of scanner to operators
Show customers how to clean the scanner
Identify supply items necessary to maintain the scanner
Determine the periodic maintenance required for optimal scanner operation
Demonstration troubleshooting procedures (i.e., clearing a jam, scanner fails calibration, etc.)

Post- Sale Support:
Assist with all incentive rebates and trade-ins offered by scanners manufacturer
Staff of factory trained service technicians
Pre-Sale Support:
Demo units available to ensure properly configured scanner for your application
Every scanner sale includes the IMS Scanner Implementation Program and our Scanner Installation, Integration and Training Services.
