In addition to providing our clients with pre-sales consultation on the selection of the correct scanner, we feel that no sale is complete until the installation is accomplished, the scanning system is functioning and the proper training has been provided to ensure long term satisfaction. We call this IMS' Scanner Implementation Program
The Scanner Implementation Program includes:

Scanner selection consultation to ensure the scanner you purchase meets your business needs and is part of your Enterprise Content Management plan. We offer a variety of production scanner models from leading scanner manufacturers including Kodak, Bowe Bell + Howell, Canon and Fujitsu.

Scanner configuration support to ensure that the correct interface cards and cables and appropriate scanning software are selected. Operating systems compatibility and environmental requirements are also considered.

Coordination of the installation process to ensure that all parties are aware of delivery schedules, installation times and any necessary training is scheduled.

Free phone support (30 minutes to two hours, depending on the scanner model) to assist you in the installation process.

Advice to ensure that the scanner operators understand the proper way to run, clean and maintain their scanners including warranty options and consumables.
To ensure your scanner runs efficiently in the future, we offer a wide variety of maintenance kits, rollers and other scanner consumables and supplies.
