The new Canon DR-5080C is a high-speed desktop document scanner that delivers the added advantage of 24-bit color scanning in addition to its 8-bit grayscale scanning capabilities. From originals as small as business cards and checks to documents as large as 11" x 17", the DR-5080C redefines scanning efficiency with its 90 page-per-minute scanning speed. 64MB of standard on-board memory can be upgraded to 128MB, delivering on-the-fly image compression in the most popular file formats including TIFF, JPEG and JBIG. 

The DR-5080C comes standard with a 500-sheet capacity document feeder that automatically corrects for skewed documents during feeding through its Dynamic Skew Correction technology. Extremely user-friendly, system setup and all standard scanning operations can be accomplished at the touch of a control panel button or through the application software.
