Installation

• Load Correct Scanner Drivers
• Test Scanner with Scanner Validation Tool
• Troubleshoot any problems with vendor
• Ensure scanner is capturing documents as required
• Help coordinated the removal/deployment of existing scanner hardware

Integration

• Assist with integrating scanner to customer's defined image capture application
• Ensure captured images can be delivered to customer's image repository
• Set up scanner profile(s) to support imaging application (i.e., simplex/duplex, imprinting, color/b&w, etc.)
• Advanced setup to automatically collect data from bar codes or OCR

Training

• Demonstrate use of scanner to operators
• Show customers how to clean the scanner
• Identify supply items necessary to maintain the scanner
• Determine the periodic maintenance required for optimal scanner operation
• Demonstration troubleshooting procedures (i.e., clearing a jam, scanner fails calibration,
  etc.)
• Procedures to contacting service

Support

Post- Sale Support:

• Assist with all incentive rebates and trade-ins offered by scanners manufacturer

• Staff of factory trained service technicians

Pre-Sale Support:

• Demo units available to ensure properly configured scanner for your application
